摘　　要：辽宁省地震应急指挥中心互联平台是依托升级改造项目对辽宁省地震局应急指挥技术系统进行的全面升级,改进了原有的无线网络视频会议系统,新增了分会场功能,新建了测震中心、预报中心、强震中心三个分会场技术系统,进一步增强了应急指挥技术平台在地震应急指挥中的技术支撑能力,并在灯塔5.1级地震事件的应急工作中发挥了应有的作用。Liaoning earthquake emergency command center platform for the Internet has a comprehensive upgrade is relying on the upgrading project of emergency command system of Earthquake Administration of Liaoning Province. It Improved wireless network video conference system ,the new branch field function ,the new seismic center, forecast center, technical system of three branch field earthquake center, which further enhanced the supporting capacity of emergency command platform in the earthquake emergency command. And it plays an important role in the emergency work of M5.1 Dengta earthquake events.
