摘  要:研究了蒙娜丽丝远红外纳米功能纤维、Thermo Cool纤维和Outlast纤维三种温控纤维性能特点,运用羊毛、羊绒、真丝等原料,经纺纱、织造、后整理等工艺,解决了深浅色品种互相沾色问题、Thermo Cool纤维面料的色光变化等技术难题。研制产品具有保温和调温的双向调节功能,可以吸收储存和释放热量,为人体提供舒适的"衣内微气候"环境,填补了国内空白。This paper studies the performance of three kinds of temperature regulating flbres,the Monaris far infrared nanometer functional fibre,Thermo Cool fibre and Oustlast flbre.Using wool,cashmere,silk and other raw material,after the spinning,weaving and finishing process,the temperature comfortable worsted fabrics was produced successfully,and the staining problem between deep color and light color and the color changing problem for Thermo Cool fibre were resolved. The new product has the thermal insulation and temperature control function,the function iS bidirectional regulation,It can absorb and release heat storage.It can provide a comfortablc"clothing climate"environment forthe humanbody.This technology fills the domestic blank.
