摘　　要：探讨清钢联工序在纺纱生产过程中的用电成本的控制。指出:影响用电成本的因素很多,要采用合理的上车工艺,规范设备日常维护制度,采取灵活适用的保养方法,抓好运转效率,强化各块用电管理措施,由点及面,处处把关到位,才能有效控制和压降用电成本。To investigate the Qing Steel Union process control electricity costs in the spinning process.Pointed out： a lot of factors that affect the cost of electricity to adopt reasonable on car technology, standardize equipment system of routine maintenance, take a flexible application of maintenance, do a good job running efficiency, strengthen each block electricity management measures from the point and the surface, everywhere checks in place to effectively control and pressure drop electricity costs.
