摘　　要：目的探讨加压弹力袜预防经皮肾镜碎石术后患者下肢深静脉血栓形成(deep vein thrombosis,DVT)的效果。方法便利选取2011年3月至2013年11月第二军医大学长海医泌尿外科收治的拟行经皮肾镜手术的肾脏结石患者,采用随机数字表法分为加压弹力袜预防组与常规护理组,比较两组患者的DVT发生和相关死亡情况。结果弹力袜预防组的DVT发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加压弹力袜预防经皮肾镜碎石术后DVT发生具有安全、有效、经济的优点,值得在临床上推广应用。Objective To evaluate the effect of elastic compression stockings（ECS）in prevention of deep vein thrombosis（DVT）after percutaneous nephrolithotomy（PCNL）.Methods By convenience sampling, cases of renal stones treated with percutaneous nephrolithotomy between March 2011 and November 2013 were divided into two groups：control group treated with routine nursing care and ECS group treated with elastic compression stockings in addition to routine nursing care.Incidence of DVT and related death situation were compared between the two groups.Results DVT rate in ECS group was significantly lower than which in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion ECS in prevention of DVT after PCNL was safe, effective and economic,and it is worth for clinical trials.
