不同方式重建血液循环在末节断指再植中的应用

摘　　要：目的 探讨不同条件末节断指再植重建血液循环的方法.方法 2007-2013年,对285例349指末节断指,在10～16倍显微镜下,采用（1）生理性再植;（2）吻合两条动脉＋非优势侧动脉在近端与指背静脉吻合的非生理性再植;（3）吻合一条动脉＋动脉静脉化;（4）静脉移植桥接动静脉;（5）只吻合一条动脉指端切口放血等方法进行再植.结果 术后成活337指,成活率96.6％.结论 术中探查血管损伤情况后,选择不同方式重建末节断指血液循环可提高成活率.Objective To explore the methods of blood circulation reconstruction of the end of severed finger replantation in the different conditions.Methods Using the method of physiologic replantation for the 349 small severed fingers of 285 cases in 10 to 16 times under a microscope,from2007 to 2013,the physiological replantation of anastomosis of two arteries ＋ the dominant side artery and the finger dorsal vein anastomosis in proximal,anastomosis of a artery＋ vein artery,vein transplantation to bridge vein and artery,grafting anastomosis an artery bleeding in the incision of fingertip.Results The 337 cases survival after operation,the survival rate is up to 96.6％.Conclusion After probing vascular injury situation in this operation,choosing different was to reconstruct blood circulation can improve the survival rate.
