摘  要:目的研究木材、面粉加工场所鼠类自然感染肠螨情况。方法对捕获鼠类进行粪检螨阳性调查并对结肠组织进行病理分析;提取鼠类结肠组织总DNA,PCR检测粉螨细胞色素氧化酶I亚基因(COⅠ)。结果调查济宁市任城区木材、面粉加工场所以及社区鼠类孳生场所10处,共捕鼠19只。鉴定鼠体表检出粗脚粉螨、腐酪食螨、粉尘螨、乳果螨和谷跗线螨。解剖结肠做粪检,螨阳性者2例;村镇木材加工、仓库杂货店鼠类肠螨感染率显著高于城市社区(χ2=160.27,P<0.01),显示差异有统计学意义。PCR检测显示在380bp处出现阳性条带,与粪检阳性结果一致。鼠类阳性结肠组织经病理分析与肠螨病的典型特征相吻合。结论调查显示鼠类自然感染肠螨情况与特定的环境有关,粉螨的COⅠ检测方法有利于肠螨调查。Objective To investigate infection status of intestinal acariasis infection n lumber workshops and flour mills. Methods Fecal from the captured rodents were detected for natural infection of intestinal acariasis and all rodent colon tissue were pathologically examined. Then total RNA was extracted from the rodent colon tissue and cytochrome oxidase (CO I )were detected by using PCR. Results After investigation of 10 lumber workshops, flour mills and the community in Rencheng county, Aearus siro, Tyrophagus putrescentiae, Dermatophagoides farinae, Carpoglyphus lactis and T. granarius were discovered from 19 rodents caught and 2 positives were detected by dissection of the mites. The infection rate in rural area was much higher than that of urban, revealling statistically significant difference (x2=160.27, P〈0.01 ). PCR results showed a positive strip at 380bp, which was consistent with the fecal examination. The positive results of pathological verification were in accordance with the typical characteristics of intestinal acariasis. Conclusion The survey indicated that the epidemic of intestinal acariasis was related with the special environment, and the detection of mite CO I gene allowed the diagnosis of intestinal aeariasis infection.
