摘 要:对火烧、刈割耙除后羊草+大针茅草原土壤有机碳含量、土壤温度、呼吸速率、pH值及团聚体分布的变化进行分析,结果表明:火烧地与刈割耙除地最大温差为2.25℃,与对照最大温差为3℃,刈割耙除地与对照最大温差为1.25℃;火烧地与刈割耙除地最大土壤呼吸速率差为2.61μmol/m2·s,与对照最大速率差为4.3μmol/m2·s,刈割耙除地与对照最大速率差为2.43μmol/m2·s;火烧地10cm土层土壤pH显著(P<0.05)高于刈割耙除地和对照,后两者差异不显著;火烧地土壤大团聚体百分率显著低于对照和刈割耙除地,后两者差异显著(P<0.05);不同土层不同观测时期火烧地土壤有机碳平均含量16.13g/kg,刈割耙除地21.04g/kg,对照地27.02g/kg,火烧地土壤有机碳含量明显低于刈割耙除地和对照;土壤有机碳含量与土壤温度、呼吸速率、pH值及大团聚体含量显著相关。The content of soil organic carbon,soil temperature,soil respiration rate,pH value and distribution of aggregates in Leymus chinensis + Stipa grandis steppe treated by burning or raking were examined,and the correlation of soil organic carbon and other factors was analyzed.The results showed that the maximum temperature difference between burned site and raked site was 2.25℃,3℃ between burned site and control site,and 1.25℃ between raked site and control site; the maximum difference in soil respiration rate between burned site and raked site was 2.61μmol/m2 · s,4.3μmol/m2 · s between burned site and control site,and 2.43μmol/m2 · s between raked site and control site; soil pH value in 10cm depth in burned site was significantly higher than that in raked site and control site,and no significant difference was found between the latter two(P〈0.05) ; the percentage of soil macro-aggregates in burned site was significantly lower than that in raked site and control site,and there was significant difference between the latter two(P〈0.05) ; the average soil organic carbon content in different soil depth and observing time was 16.13g/kg in burned site,21.04g/kg in raked site and 27.02g/kg in control site,which indicated that the soil organic carbon was significantly lower in burned site than that in raked site and control site; soil organic carbon content had a significant correlation with soil temperature,soil respiration rate,pH value and macro-aggregates distribution.
