摘 要:以草地早熟禾为试验材料,采用土壤盆栽的方法,研究了不同浓度镉铅污染对草地早熟禾幼苗生长的影响.结果表明:在镉铅胁迫下,草地早熟禾幼苗叶片3个测定期的过氧化物酶(POD)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性均呈先升后降的趋势,与镉铅处理后10d、20d的株高、叶片叶绿素含量及过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性的变化趋势相同,后者处理后30d呈下降趋势;镉浓度为0~50 mg/kg、铅浓度为0~500 mg/kg时,各项指标均应激达到最大值,随后开始下降;随着胁迫时间的延长,镉铅对早熟禾的抑制效应越来越显著(P<0.05),相比较而言,镉对早熟禾的毒害作用要大于铅.A pot experiment was conducted to study the effects of Cadmium and Lead pollution on growth of Kentucky bluegrass seedlings in order to provide references for breeding cadmium and lead stress-resistant varieties of turf grass and improve cadmium and lead contaminated soil.The results indicated that under cadmium and lead stress,POD and SOD activities in leaves of Kentucky bluegrass seedling first increased then decreased in 3 determination periods;plant height,leaf chlorophyll content and CAT activity under cadmium and lead treatment after 10d and 20d showed the same trend as former while declined on the 30d.All the indexes reached maximum levels when treated with concentration of 0~50mg/kg cadmium and concentration of 0 ~ 500mg/kg lead,after then began to fall down.With prolonging of stress time,the inhibition effect of cadmium and lead on Kentucky bluegrass seedlings became more and more obvious(P〈0.05),cadmium was more toxic than lead.
