针药并用治疗Shy-Drager综合征直立性低血压疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察针灸治疗Shy-Drager综合征(SDS)直立性低血压的临床疗效。方法将22例SDS患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,每组11例。治疗组采用针灸配合西药治疗,对照组采用单纯药物治疗。治疗1个疗程后观察两组临床症状及血压变化情况。结果治疗组总有效率为90.9%,对照组为45.5%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。两组治疗后卧位及立位收缩压和舒张压与同组治疗前比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组治疗后卧位及立位收缩压和舒张压与对照组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针药并用是一种治疗SDS直立性低血压的有效方法。。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture-moxibustion in treating orthostatic hypotension in Shy-Drager syndrome （SDS）. Methods Twenty-two SDS patients were randomized into a treatment group and a control group, 11 in each group. The treatment group was intervened by acupuncture-moxibustion plus Western medication, while the control group was by medication alone. The symptoms and change of blood pressure were observed after a treatment course. Results The total effective rate was 90.9% in the treatment group, versus 45.5% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.01）. After intervention, the diastolic and systolic pressures were changed significantly in both groups at both lying and standing positions （P〈0.01）. There were significant differences in comparing diastolic and systolic pressures between the two groups after intervention （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Combination of acupuncture and medication is an effective method in treating orthostatic hypotension in SDS.
