摘　　要：IEC 61580是国际电工委员会批准的最新变电站自动化通信国际标准,在电力调度自动化系统中应用十分广泛。分析了IEC 61580的特性,并介绍了电力远动通信的建模方法和IEC 61580在电力远动通信中的应用。IEC 61580 substation automation communications is the latest international standards of the International Electrotechnical Commission approved the power dispatching automation system is widely used. Analysis of the characteristics of IEC 61580 and introduces power remote modeling methods and IEC 61580 communication in the power of remote communication applications.
