摘　　要：祁连山北坡是黑河、疏勒河、石羊河三大内陆河的发源地,也是我国生物多样性保护的优先区域,在维护生态平衡、保障西部干旱区生态安全方面举足轻重。采用文献研究法及"3S"技术调查表明,通过建立自然保护区和实施天然林保护工程、退耕还林工程、退牧还草工程,森林面积、蓄积量持续增加,工程区退化草地初步恢复,藏野驴、马鹿、岩羊、蓝马鸡等野生动物种群数量显著增加。但由于人类生产经营活动对生态的干扰破坏日益增加,加之气候变暖,生态环境仍呈现出局部治理、整体恶化的趋势。根据实际情况,提出了生态修复与治理的对策。The northern slope of Qilian Mountains is the source region of three major inland rivers of Heihe,Shule and Shiyang river. It is also a priority area of biodiversity protection in China,playing a crucial role in keeping ecological balance and ensuring ecological security of arid region in western China. The survey by using literature research and'3S'technology shows that forestry area and stocking volume are increasing,the degraded grassland in the project area has been restored preliminarily and the populations of wild animals such as equus kiang,cervus elaphus,pseudois nayaur and crossoptilon auritum have been increased significantly through building nature reserve and carrying out the projects of natural forest protection,returning farmland to forests and restoration of grasslands from grazing land. However,due to the increasing ecological damage caused by human activities and global climate change,there is still the trend of local area improvement but worsening as a whole. It puts forward countermeasures for ecological rehabilitation and management according to the actual situation.
