摘 要:建筑风环境对于行人的舒适性与安全、建筑的节能和污染物的扩散等都具有很大影响。通过对东风、东南风和东北风3种风向下南京某小区内的风环境进行数值模拟,并对小区的风环境品质进行了评估。结果表明:在3种风向下,小区内部行人高度处(Z=1.5 m)的风速均不会超过4.5 m/s,不会影响人的舒适性;在东南风和东北方风向时大部分建筑前后的风压为2~3 Pa左右,能够较好地利用自然通风,节约能耗;但由于小区建筑群面积较大、建筑较多,有小范围内的无风区域和涡旋区,不利于污染物的扩散。The wind environment of the building has a great influence on the pedestrian's comfort and safety, and the energy saving of the building as well as the diffusion of the pollutants. We have carried out the numerical simulation and the evaluation of the wind environment quality of the building in Nanjing in the east wind direction, the southeast wind direction and the northeast wind direction. The results show that the wind speed is within 4.5 m/s at the height (Z=1.5 m) of the pedestrian no matter what direction of the wind, so it will not affect the person's comfort and safety. Most buildings' wind pressure is about 2-3 Pa in the wind direction of northeast and southeast, which can make a good use of natural ventilation and save energy consumption. However, because of the residential building group area and the large quantity, the wind in some region will stop moving or form a vortex, which is not good for the spread of the pollutants.
