摘　　要：论述了民用建筑能效理论值测评的等级划分和工作流程。依据DGJ/TJ135—2012《民用建筑能效测评标识标准》对某医院病房楼进行了建筑能效理论值测评。主要阐述了该建筑的建筑概况、用能系统概况、测评的过程。经测评,该项目满足基础项和规定项的要求,总体节能性和环境效益良好,建议该建筑能效理论值标识1星(节能率65%)。The classification of building energy efficiency evaluation based theoretical value anct workflow are expounded. The inpatient building of a hospital is implemented building energy efficiency evaluation based theoretical value according to Standard for Energy Efficiency Evaluation Labeling of Civil Buildings （DGJ/TJ135--2012）. The architecture status, building energy system and the process of building energy efficiency evaluation are discussed. The basic options and prescribed options of the inpatient building meet requirements after evaluating the building energy efficiency. The building is good in energy efficiency and environmental protection. The energy efficiency of inpatient building is advised to label one star with energy saving rate 65%.
