摘　　要：随着我国财政预算的不断增加,开展财政支出绩效评价已逐渐成为政府部门提高财政资金使用效益,积极推进预算绩效管理工作的关键手段。根据对山东省建筑节能与绿色建筑专项资金项目绩效评价的研究实践,系统梳理了该专项资金绩效评价的工作情况,并针对存在的问题提出建议,以期为其他专项资金的绩效评价工作提供参考。With the budget increasing in China, the fiscal expenditure performance appraisal has gradually become a critical tool for improving the benefit of fiscal fund and promoting the budget performance management. According to the research and practice for the special fund of building energy efficiency and green building in Shandong province, the process of performance appraisal was carried out and some suggestions was proposed for the existing problems, which is expected to provide the reference for other special fund performance appraisal.
