摘　　要：被判处战时缓刑后,犯罪军人不仅要遵守《刑法》第75条的规定,还要遵守军队的纪律和决定;战时缓刑的考察内容只应限于是否有立功表现。The criminal armyman of the wartime probation should observe not only the provisions of seventy - fifth in Criminal Law but also special army＇ s obligation about army discipline and decisions. The investigative content of wartime probation should be limited to whether a meritorious performance or not.
