摘  要:遵循绩效评价指标选取原则,在选择生猪绿色供应链业务流程执行水平、运作绩效水平、节点企业绩效水平和绿色水平4个维度的基础上,构建了生猪绿色供应链绩效评价指标体系。然后利用自组织映射神经网络Matlab软件建立了SOM模型,并使用该模型对生猪绿色供应链绩效评价数据进行聚类分析,得出的聚类结果和特征即为绩效评价结果和绩效特征。实证分析结果表明:该方法可以对生猪绿色供应链绩效进行客观、准确的评价,从而为生猪绿色供应链绩效评价提供了一种新的途径。最后提出了发展生猪绿色供应链的相关建议。In complying with the principle of performance evaluation and four dimensions, the paper chooses four dimensions, including the business process execution level of Green Supply Chain for Pig Industry, operational performance level, performance level of node enterprise and green level, to build the performance evaluation of Green Supply Chain for Pig Industry. Then after building a SOM model by the self-organizing map neural network Matlab software, the paper uses this model to perform data clustering analysis for Green Supply Chain for Pig Industry, and obtains the clustering results and characteristics, namely performance evaluation results and performance characteristics. The results show that the method can objectively and accurately evaluate the performance evaluation of Green Supply Chain for Pig Industry. Therefore, a new way is provided for the performance evaluation of Green Supply Chain for Pig Industry, and the paper comes up with the suggestions for the promotion of the green live pig supply chain.
