摘  要:采用烧结性试验、渗钢试验和抗热震性试验,研究了铬质引流砂烧结层特性与钢包水口自开的相关性。结果表明,对于1400℃时已烧结且1600℃时烧结强度高于钢包钢水静压力的铬质引流砂,钢水较难渗入,有利于实现钢包水口自开;经1次抗热震性试验即可碎断的铬质引流砂有利于实现钢包水口自开;1400℃时未烧结且1600℃下烧结强度与钢包钢水静压力相当的铬质引流砂易导致钢包水口不自开。By sintering test, permeability steel test and thermal shock resistance test, the correlation between sintering of chrome stuffing sand and free opening rate has been preliminarily researched. It is demonstrated that: For the chrome stuffing sand which higher than steel ladle static pressure at 1600℃, the steel for ladle nozzle opening; The chrome stuffing sand whi sintered at 1400℃with the strength is difficuh to penetrate, so it is favorable ch break off after one thermal shock resistance test is beneficial for ladle nozzle opening; The chrome stuffing sand which did not sinter at 1400℃and sintered strength is the same level with steel ladle static pressure at 1600 ℃, it isbad for ladle nozzle opening.
