加减补肺汤对COPD“肺气虚证”大鼠免疫功能、血液流变学的影响

摘　　要：目的:考察加减补肺汤对COPD"肺气虚证"大鼠免疫功能、血液流变学的影响。方法:将Wistar大鼠按体质量随机分为5组,每组20只:1正常对照组0.9%氯化钠注射液1 mL/100 g;2模型组给药同1组;3加减补肺汤高剂量组1 mL/100 g;4加减补肺汤组低剂量组0.5 mL/100 g;5桂龙咳喘宁组1.25 mL/100 g,2-5制备COPD"肺气虚证"大鼠模型。结果:与模型组比较,加减补肺汤可显著增加COPD"肺气虚证"大鼠胸腺、脾脏和肝脏系数(P<0.05),增加血清CD4+、CD8+和CD4+/CD8+(P<0.05),降低红细胞压积和全血黏度,加减补肺汤高剂量可降低血浆黏度。结论:加减补肺汤可增加COPD"肺气虚证"大鼠免疫功能,改善血液流变。Objective： To study the effect of addition and subtraction Bufei decoction on immune function and blood rheology in rats chronic obstructive pulmonary disease model with TCM syndrome of “Lung Qi deficiency”. Methods： 100 rats were randomly divided into 5 groups ： the normal group, the model group, the large dosage of addition and subtraction Bufei decoction group, the small dosage of addition and subtraction Bufei decoction group and Guilong Kechuannin group. Lung deficiency were established on model rat （except normal group）, then addition and subtraction Bufei decoction was given to the rat. Clinical symptoms and pathological changes of bronchus and lung were observed, as well as the immune function and blood rheologies were detected. Results： Compared with model group, Bufei decoction can significantly increase COPD rat thymus, spleen and liver index （ P 〈 0. 05 ） , increase serum CD4＋ , CD8＋and D4 ＋/CD8 ＋ （ P 〈 O. 05 ） , decrease hematocrit and blood viscosity. The large dose of Bufei decoction can reduce plasma viscosity （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： Addition and subtraction Bufei decoction can increase COPD rat immune function, improve blood Rheology.
