褪黑素与“脾应长夏”理论的关系及机理初探

摘　　要：目的:探讨内源性褪黑素(MT)与长夏季节脾脏生理、病理模型的主要分子之间的关系。方法:取SPF级SD大鼠按随机数字表法分为正常对照组、松果腺摘除手术组(手术组)、松果腺伪摘除手术组(假手术组)、脾气虚组。于长夏之中的大暑节气当天的前1个月行松果腺摘除术和伪松果腺摘除术,按照3种复合因素建立脾气虚动物模型,大暑当天取材。检测胃酚红残留率、小肠推进百分率、血清MT、血清胃泌素(GAS)、血浆胃动素(MTL)水平。结果:与正常对照组比较,手术组和脾气虚组血清MT含量明显下降(P<0.01),胃排空速度、小肠推进率减慢(P<0.05),血清GAS、血浆MTL的含量均减小(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:MT与GAS、MTL之间存在正相关,正常大鼠与脾气虚大鼠在长夏季节大暑当天分泌的MT与松果腺腺体分泌MT具有一致性。Objective： To primarily explore the relationship between endogenous melatonin（MT） and the master molecules of physiological and pathological model of spleen in late summer. Methods： SPF Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into the blank group, the pinealectomy group, the sham-operated group and the spleen-Qi deficiency syndrome group. Rats in the pinealectomy group and sham-operated group were operated by pinealectomy and sham- pinealectomy a month before the day of Dashu among the late summer, and rats model in the spleen-Qi deficiency syndrome group was established by triple complex factors. The stomach of phenol red residual rate and propelling rate of small intestine is tested to evaluate gastrointestinal motility on the day of Dashu, meanwhile, the levels of serum MT, serum gastrin（GAS） and plasma motilin（MTL） were measured. Results： Compared with blank group, the MT level in serum decreased significantly in pinealectomy group and spleen-Qi deficiency syndrome group（P 〈0. 01 ）, the stomach of phenol red residual rate and propelling rate of small intestine slowed down （ P 〈 0.05 ） , and the levels of GAS in serum and MTL in plasma were also lower（P 〈 0. 01 or P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： MT is positively correlated with GAS and MTL, there is consistency between the level of MT secreted by rats in the blank group and spleen-Qi deficiency syndrome group on the day of Dashu in late summer and the level of MT secreted by pineal body.
