摘　　要：目前,信息化的浪潮席卷全世界,致使全世界的信息聚合效应不断扩散,加速了全球的文化层面交流。全球文化互相影响、互相渗透、互相融合的趋势越来越明显,外国文化在对中国产生影响的同时,中国文化也在向外国进行渗透,彼此形成相互交融、冲撞的态势。在国内,各民族之间的文化交流日益加深,语言是交流必不可少的工具,因此普通话作为通用语言,在少数民族地区的使用范围逐渐扩展,因此对其口语发音学习的相关系统就很有构建的必要。The information technology accelerated the global cultural exchange. The globalization of culture has influenced all countries in the world,and the trend of cultural penetration and fusion is more and more obvious. Foreign culture has some the impact on the Chinese culture in China. Language is an indispensable communication tool,and Mandarin is taken as a common language for Chinese people,it is used in the national minority areas gradually,so it is necessary to study its oral pronunciation system.
