摘　　要：黑龙江省气象部门一直致力于风险防控工作的推行,其中重要的一环就是电子流转,根据这个需求,气象信息中心技术开发科设计开发了"气象风险防控系统"。通过介绍该系统的设计思路与名词释义,可以更好地了解该系统,以为今后工作提供帮助。Heilongjiang province meteorological department has been committed to the implementation of the integrity,risk prevention and control work,which is important part of electronic transfer,according to the demand,meteorological information center was designed and developed by the technology development section ＂ meteorological integrity,risk prevention and control system＂,this paper introduces in detail the design idea of the system and noun meaning,help to understand the system.
