旅游景区网站绩效评估体系及应用研究——以广州长隆旅游度假区网站为例

摘　　要：在文献研究、访谈(网站用户、景区管理人员、旅游研究者)的基础上初步提出旅游景区网站绩效评估体系,构建了测评模型和评价等级标准,运用德尔菲(Delphi)法对评估体系进行修正,为获得关键指标的定量评价权重,采用了专家意见和层次分析相结合的方法确定指标权重,最终确立一套客观可行的评估体系。运用构建的评估模型,以广州长隆旅游度假区网站为评估对象,对评估体系的合理性和可行性进行检验,并提出改善该旅游景区网站建设的合理建议。Based on the literature study, and interview to wehsite users, scenic area managers, tourism researchers, tlcls paper proposes a performance evaluation system on tourism scenic website preliminarily, and constructs the evaluation model ~ nd eval- uation grade standard, then, by using the Delphi method to modify evaluation system, finally establishes a set of objec tire and feasible evaluation system. At the same time,in order to obtain the key indicator of quantitative evaluation weight, the c ornbination of expert advice and hierarchical analysis method is adopted. Through the evaluation model, the paper takes Guangzhou Chimelong tourist resort websites as the study object,and tests the rationality and feasibility of evaluation system. In he end, some reasonable suggestions were put forward to improving the construction of Chimelong websites.
