复合型组织化机制:基于高校社团的经验研究

摘　　要：从组织化的理论出发,指出准组织通过在已具备的两个组织要素的基础上发展第三要素的过程使组织从准组织化状态向组织化状态转变。以大学生公益社团这一类"周期性空转"的准组织为例,从组织吸引、组织赋权、组织嵌合三个环节的组织化过程,提出发展型、价值型、人际关系型和依赖型四个类型的复合型组织化机制。Starting from the theory of organizing,the authors of this paper point out the process in which a quasi-organization with two basic elements develops the Third Element so that the quasi-organization transforms to an organized state. Taking university nonprofit organization ,the quasi-organization facing dilemma of ＂cyclical idling＂,as example the authors studied the processes of ＂organizational attraction＂,＂organizational empowerment＂, ＂organizational matching＂ and put forward four kinds of multi-type organizing mechanism which consists of development-type, value-type, relationship-type and dependence-type.
