摘 要:汶川地震断裂带科学钻探(WFSD)项目地层极端复杂,主要表现在强破碎、强水敏和高地应力,施工难度极大。在理论分析的基础上,提出了对这些问题的解决对策。在WFSD项目几个钻孔的钻探施工中,选用并演化了改性磺化、LBM-GLA、钾铵基聚磺以及钾石灰聚磺4种不同的钻井液主体系,并取得了良好的应用效果。对各钻井液体系的特点与适用范围进行了总结。此外,提出了在深孔复杂地层钻探施工钻井液应用的一些体会与建议。The formations of Wenchuan Earthquake Fault Scientific Drilling Project( WFSD) are extremely complicated.They are strong broken,high water sensitive and high stressed,which resulted in high difficulty of drilling operation. On the basis of theoretical analysis,some countermeasures were put forward to solve the problems. During the drilling operation of several boreholes of Wenchuan Earthquake Fault Scientific Drilling Project,we selected and evolved four different drilling fluid systems,included modified sulfonated,LBM-GLA and potassium lime polysulfonated drilling fluid systems,which have been good effective in applications. Also,this paper summarized the characteristics and application scope of all the drilling fluid systems. In addition,some experiences and suggestions on drilling fluid application for the deep hole with complex formation are put forward.
