摘　　要：在数字化出版和媒介融合的发展影响下,网络环境下"发表"的概念、传播渠道、评价方式都发生了很大的变化.网络信息化时代,民族高校科技期刊编辑出版模式该如何革新?拟从编辑人员网络能力的培养,高校学术期刊网站建设,出版者如何发掘运用各种自媒体推广营销评价期刊,推动科技期刊论文传播,扩大影响力,满足科研成果传播的需求等方面进行探析.With the development of digital publishing and mass media integration, the concept, communication channels, evaluation methods of ＂publishing＂ have been changed greatly within the network environment. In the era of information network, people are exploring how to reform the models of editing and publishing for national universities＇ science journals. This paper aims to explore and analyze the directions from the perspectives of editorial staff＇s training for network capabilities, website construction of academic journals in universities, publishers＇ application of diversified ＂We Media＂ for journals marketing, promotion and spreading of scientific and technological journals/papers, expansion of journal influence, as well as meeting the needs of scientific research and achievement communications/exchanges.
