摘 要:针对四川盆地高凝析油高矿化度天然气井积液的情况,迫切需要研制出一种抗盐耐油的泡沫排水剂以稳定生产。采用Ross-miles法对泡沫排水剂常用主剂、抗油添加剂、抗矿化度添加剂进行筛选,在各种添加剂存在情况下对起泡剂体系起泡性能和稳泡性能进行评价;采用正交优化实验方法,研制出了在高矿化度200g/L﹑高凝析油40%的条件下起泡性和稳泡性良好的泡沫排水剂配方。Based upon the circumstances on high- condensate oil and high- salinity natural gas effusion in the SiChuan basin,it is important to develop a kind of oil- resistant anti- salinitty foam drainage agent to stabilize the production. In this paper,we adopted Ross- Miles method to screen the main agent,anti- oil additives as well as anti- salinity additives of foam drainage agent,and the foam agent system blistering performance and foam stabilizing properties were evaluated in the presence of various additives. By conducting orthogonal experimental method,we developed the 200 g /L anti- high- salinity and 40% high- condensate- oil foam drainage agent with good foaming and foam stabilization performance.
