大港滩海油田深斜井免投捞分注新技术

摘　　要：针对滩海油田注水井井斜大、井深、钢丝及电缆投捞测配困难等存在的问题,研发了适用于滩海油田分注的深斜井免投捞多级分注管柱。管柱主要由套保封隔器、定比例配水器、卡层封隔器、油管分离器、水平井球座及井口恒流配水装置组成。主要通过选择合适水嘴并通过井口恒流配水装置调节注水量,对注水量进行控制。该技术集分层注水、防返吐功能于一体,并且操作简单,性能安全可能,能延长管柱寿命。大港滩海油田现场应用表明,该工艺有效地提高了分注作业效率,并提高了分注效果。In the view of the sea oil field injection well deviation,hole depth,sand production,high water injection pressure and test by wire or cable for difficulties,developed a multi- stage injection tubing string. The string is mainly composed of casing protection packer,quantitative water regulator,card layer packer,tubing string separator,horizontal well ball seat and constant flow apparatus of wellhead. The technology mainly by choosing suitable water mouth and through constant flow apparatus of wellhead adjusts the water injection,tocontrol the water injection. The technology has the capability to stratify water and prevent sand production,besides being simple to operate and safe,it can effectively prolong the working life of the tubing string. The field application shows that the technology is improved effectively.
