摘　　要：晋察冀抗日根据地对妇女权益的保障取得了卓著的成绩,使广大乡村妇女获得了空前的权利,在妇女解放问题上实现了边区政府"改造旧世界,创造新世界"的宏伟蓝图。因此,深入探讨边区妇女权益问题,不但可以更全面地把握晋察冀边区史和妇女解放运动史,而且对当今妇女权益问题的解决也有一定的借鉴意义。Shanxi Chahar Hebei Anti Japanese base guarantee the rights and interests of women made outstanding achievements,the majority of rural women to obtain the unprecedented rights,in the issue of women＇s Liberation on implementation of the border region government＂transformation of the old world,the blueprint for the creation of a new world＂. Therefore,in-depth study of the women＇s rights and interests,not only can more fully grasp the Shanxi Chahar Hebei border area history and women＇s liberation movement,but also has certain reference significance to solve the problem of women＇s rights and interests.
