肛管与肛门袋在大便失禁护理中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析肛管与肛门袋在大便失禁护理中的应用效果。方法 120例大便失禁患者被随机分为2组,肛管组采用肛管引流,肛门袋组采用肛门袋引流,比较2组的护理效果及成本。结果 2组大便溢出发生率分别为8.3%、3.3%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);肛周皮肤损害发生率分别为5%、10%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);肛管组阻塞、脱出的发生率为28.3%、16.7%,分别显著高于肛门袋组的0.0%、1.7%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);肛管组每日平均护理用时为2.35 h/d、护理费用为22.33元/d,均显著高于肛门袋组0.92h/d、1.73元/d,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肛门袋引流护理大便失禁的效果优于肛管引流,同时护理费用及护理用时也低于肛管引流。Objective To analysis the application effect of anal canal and anus bags in fecal incontinence care.Method 1 20 cases of fecal incontinence were randomly divided into two group,canal group using the anal canal,while bag group using colostomy bags.Compare the re-sults and the cost of care.Results Stools overflow rates was 8.3% （canal group）,3.3% （bag group）foer each other（P〉0.05）.Peri-anal skin damage rate was 5%,1 0%for each other（P〉0.05）.The rates of obstruction and objection of canal group were 28.3%,1 6.7%, which were higher than those of bag group（P〈0.05）.The average care time of canal group was 2.35h/d and the cost was 22.33yuan/d, which were higher than those of bag group.Conclusion The effect of colostomy bag is better than anal canal in fecal incontinence .The nurs-ing care cost and consuming time of colostomy bags are also less that of anal canal.
