摘　　要：本文就GB 9816-2008与GB 9816-1998的区别作出分析,通过了解GB 9816-2008作出修改的适用性与合理性,更好的理解标准作出修改的意义。In this paper, difference between GB 9816-2008 and GB 9816-1998 are analyzed in this paper. Through understanding the applicability and reasonableness of modification in standard GB 9816-2008, its significance is better comprehended.
