摘　　要：GB 14711《中小型旋转电机通用安全要求》新版标准已经实施了几个月,本文就新旧标准版本的各项具体差异进行描述分析,为中小型旋转电机生产企业实施新版本提供技术指导。The new version standard GB 14711 《Safety requirements of small and medium size rotating electrical machines》 has been carried out for several months, this paper describes and an alyses the specific differences between the new and the old version of standard, and it provides technical guidance for small and medium size rotary motor manufacturing enterprises t o implement the new version.
