摘 要:本文首先介绍了光谱响应测试的原理,利用公式推导说明了光谱响应、量子效率和IPCE这三个概念之间的关系。然后通过对比两种不同工艺制备的晶硅电池光谱响应曲线,分析了太阳能电池结构和工艺与光谱响应的关系。根据光谱响应曲线积分得到的短路电流密度,评价了两种工艺电池的好坏。最后定性的分析了光谱响应曲线各波长区域与制备工艺的关系,说明了光谱响应在提高电池效率过程中的作用。The principle of spectral response test is introduced in this paper firstly. The relationship between the pectral response, the quantum efficiency and IPCE is derived. By comparing two different spectral response curves of two cells with different process, the relationship between spectral response and the structure of the crystal silicon solar cell is analyzed. According to the short circuit current density from the integral of spectral response curve, the quality of two kinds of process the battery is evaluated. The relationship of the spectral response curve in various wavelength region and preparation process is analyzed to illustrate the role of spectral response in improving the efficiency of the battery.
