摘　　要：目的探索医院学科管理创新的模式。方法对首都医科大学附属北京天坛医院脑血管病学科建设过程的科研立项和产出进行统计分析,对研究团队的管理经验进行回顾性总结。结果 2009年脑血管研究团队及平台建设成熟后,其学科所承担的科研项目较2009年前大幅增多,以国家级项目增加最为明显,其中急性非致残性高危脑血管事件使用氯吡格雷的研究(clopidogrel and aspirin versus aspirin alone for the treatment of high-risk patients with acute non-disabling cerebrovascular event,CHANCE)作为国际先进的研究,其成果改变了美国卒中协会缺血性脑血管病二级预防指南中的建议。结论通过资源整合、战略平台(科研团队、试验和管理平台)的建设,可以促进医院学科的快速发展、持续发展。Objective To explore the innovation pattern of hospital management disciplines. Methods The research team management experience was retrospectively summarized through the statistical analysis of scientific research project and the output of Beijing Tiantan hospital. Results With the establishment of cerebrovascular disease research team and platform in 2009, the scientific research project subject increased sharply, with national projects increased most pronouncedly. The advanced research （clopidogrel and aspirin versus aspirin alone for the treatment of high-risk patients with acute non-disabling cerebrovascular event, CHANCE） changed American Stroke Association recommendations of secondary prevention guidelines for ischemic cerebrovascular disease. Conclusion Resource integration and strategic platform construction can promote the rapid and sustainable development of the hospital discipline.
