摘  要:目的:观察降浊颗粒对5/6肾切除慢性肾衰竭大鼠胃肠激素的影响,以观察降浊颗粒对慢性肾衰竭(CRF)的治疗作用,明确其改善胃肠道症状的作用机理。方法:5/6肾大部切除法建立CFR大鼠模型。动物连续灌胃给生理盐水或给药60 d。取大鼠血清,检测胃泌素(GAS)、胃动素(MIL)、血管活性肠肽(VIP)。结果:降浊颗粒能够降低实验大鼠血清GAS、MIL、VIP,与模型对照组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:降浊颗粒可以通过下调大鼠血清GAS、MIL、VIP浓度,减轻胃肠激素之间不成比例的变化,使胃肠运动功能恢复正常,从而改善慢性肾衰胃肠功能紊乱状态。Objective: The research is trying to observe the influence of Turbidity- reducing granule on gastrointestinal hormones in the 5P6 subtotally nephrectomized rat so as to observe the mechanism of the granule in its therapy function for CRF and for gastrointestinal symptoms. Methods: 5P6 subtotal nephrectomy established CFR rat model. Animal was intragastrically administered saline for 60 days. The rat serum was taken out to detect gastrin(GAS),motilin hormone(MIL) and vasoactive intestinal peptide(VIP). Result: The Turbidity- reducing granule can reduce serum GAS,MIL and VIP in experimental rat and model control group. The difference was statistically significant(P〈0. 05). Conclusion:The Turbidity- reducing granule can improve gastrointestinal disorder state in CRF rats through lowering serum GAS,MIL and VIP concentrations. It also can reduce the disproportionate change between gastrointestinal hormones so as to make gastrointestinal motor function return to normal.
