益气健脾、活血理气法治疗脑卒中患者营养不良的临床疗效及安全性考察

摘　　要：目的:探讨采用益气健脾、活血理气法治疗脑卒中患者营养不良的临床疗效及安全性,为临床治疗脑卒中患者营养不良提供一定的经验。方法:选取64例脑卒中患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组,两组患者均给予肠内营养液补充能量,治疗组在此基础上加用益气健脾、活血理气方剂,观察两组患者连续治疗4周后的临床效果及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗组临床疗效及神经功能受损评分减少的总有效率均明显优于对照组,具有显著性差异(P<0.05);对照组住院天数、住院费用分别为(42.6±10.8)d、(2.41±1.08)万元,治疗组分别为(31.4±11.3)d、(1.96±0.76)万元,与治疗组相比,具有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗组并发症发生率较低,两组均未见其它严重的不良反应。结论:益气健脾、活血理气法用于治疗脑卒中患者营养不良,可增强临床疗效、减少神经损伤及住院天数、降低临床费用,具有一定的临床意义。Objective： To investigate the effect and safety of nutritional status in elderly poststroke dystrophia patients with enteral nutrition combined with Yiqijianpi,Huoxueliqi prescription. Method： Select the 64 cases of stroke patients were randomly divided into control and treatment groups,patients were given enteral nutrition supplement energy,treatment group with Yiqijianpi,Huoxueliqi prescription were observed on the basis of continuous treatment clinical effects and adverse reactions 4 weeks after the occurrence. Results： The clinical efficacy of the treatment group and neurological damage reduced total efficiency score than the control group,with a significant difference（P〈0. 05）; controls the number of days of hospitalization,hospital costs were（42. 6 ± 10. 8） days,（2. 41 ± 1. 08） Ten thousand yuan,the treatment group were（31. 4 ± 11. 3） days,（1. 96 ± 0. 76） Ten thousand yuan compared with the treatment group,with a significant difference（P〈0. 05）; groups were no other serious adverse reactions. Conclusion：Yiqijianpi,Huoxueliqi prescription for the treatment of malnutrition in patients with stroke,can enhance clinical efficacy,reduce nerve damage and reduce the number of days of hospitalization,reduce clinical costs,with some clinical significance.
