参芪泻白散对晚期非小细胞肺癌化疗病人生存质量和心理状态的影响研究

摘　　要：目的:探索参芪泻白散对晚期非小细胞肺癌化疗病人生存质量和心理状态的影响。方法:将符合纳入标准的90例患者随机分入治疗组和对照组,每组各45例病人。对照组采用长春瑞滨联合顺铂化疗方案,治疗组在治疗组化疗方案基础上加入参芪泻白散,治疗期3个月,然后观察治疗后患者中医证候变化、生存质量量表评分变化及患者焦虑和抑郁心理状态的改变。结果:中医治疗组改善率为82.2%,对照治疗组改善率为57.9%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);生存质量相关各项指标中躯体功能、认知功能、情绪功能、物理症状及整体健康状况均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);抑郁和焦虑量表指标在两组比较,抑郁未见明显差异,焦虑量表指标有显著差异且有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:运用中医参芪泻白散结合化疗的方法治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌具有改善临床证候、减轻不良反应、提高患者生活质量和减缓患者焦虑状况的优势,有利于延长肺癌患者的生存期。Objective：To investigate the effect of Shenqi Xiebai Powder combined with chemotherapy for survival quality of advanced non small- cell lung cancer. Methods： 90 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,45 cases in each group. The control group was given TP chemotherapy. The treatment group was given additional Shenqi Xiebai Powder based on the control group,28 d as 1 course. We observed the syndromes change,adverse reactions and life quality evaluation using EORTC- QLQ- SF- 36 questionnaire score after treatment. Results： The improvement rate was 57. 9% and 82. 2% in treatment group. Compared the two groups,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0. 05）. Compared the life quality scale EORTC- QLQ- SF- 36 questionnaire score,the treatment group was better than the control group in physical function,role function,emotional function,physical symptoms and overall health status. The difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The depression scale had no significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. The manifest anxiety scale in treatment group was significantly lower than that in control group（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Shenqi Xiebai Powder combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced non- small- cell lung cancer can improve the clinical symptoms,reduce adverse reactions,improve life quality and prolong the survival time.
