中西医结合治疗围绝经期综合征临床疗效分析及安全性评价

摘　　要：目的:探讨自拟中药汤剂联合西药治疗围绝经期综合征临床疗效分析及安全性评价,为临床诊断治疗提供参考。方法:将本组300例围绝经期综合征患者根据随机数字表法随机分为对照组150例和治疗组150例。对照组给予西药治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上结合自拟中药汤剂治疗,两组患者均以3个月为一个治疗疗程。结果:治疗组总有效率(92.00%)显著高于对照组(76.00%),且有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后E2显著高于各组治疗前,且有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后FSH和LH均显著低于治疗前,且有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后E2显著高于对照组,且有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后LH显著低于对照组,且有显著性差异(P<0.05),且有显著性差异(P<0.05);两组治疗后FSH两组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05);两组患者均未出现明显不良反应。结论:自拟中药汤剂联合西药治疗围绝经期综合征疗效显著,且无明显不良反应,安全可靠,具有重要的临床应用价值,值得推广。Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy and its safety of self- made decoction combined with Western medicine in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome and to provide a reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods： 300 cases of perimenopausal syndrome according to the random number table were randomly divided into the control group（n = 150） and the treatment group（n = 150）. The control group received Western medicine and treatment group used combined therapy. Three months was for a course of treatment. Results： The total effective rate in the treatment group（92. 00%） was significantly higher than that of control group（76. 00%） and there was a significant difference（P〈0. 05）. E2 in treatment group was significantly higher than that before treatment and there was a significant difference（P〈0.05）. After treatment,FSH and LH were significantly lower than those before treatment and there was significant difference（P〈0. 05）. E2 in treatment group was significantly higher after treatment and there was a significant difference（P〈0.05）. After treatment,LH was significantly lower than that of the control group and there was a significant difference（P〈0. 05） while there was no significance of FSH after treatment（P〈0. 05）. There were no obvious adverse reactions. Conclusion： Self- made decoction combined with Western medicine in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome is significant and has no significant adverse reactions. It is safe and reliable,with important clinical value. It is worthy of promotion.
