摘 要:为了分析维修人员自治性和协作性对生产单元修复性维修过程的影响,并优化修复性维修策略,建立了生产单元人机集成仿真模型,阐述了模型的结构框架、维修主体的协作行为以及模型的运行原理。基于该集成仿真模型,以某摩托车发动机生产单元为研究对象,对修复性维修策略进行了对比仿真研究。仿真结果表明,维修操作者的协作行为对该生产单元设备运转率、维修员利用率、运转率波动度和维修薪酬均具有显著影响,生产单元人机集成仿真模型可对修复性维修方案进行动态和定量评价,从而帮助制造组织对修复性维修策略进行优化决策。To analyze the eitect oi maintenance operator s autonomous and collaborative behaviors on the corrective maintenance process of manufacturing cell, and to optimize the corrective maintenance strategy, a human-machine integrated simulation model was proposed. The structure of the integrated simulation model, the collaboration be- havior between maintenance operators, and the simulation principle were presented. Based on the proposed model, a comparative simulation on corrective maintenance strategies was conducted by taking a motor-cycle engine manufac- turing as the example. The simulation results showed that the collaboration between maintenance operators had sig- nificant effect on the system performance indices defined, and the proposed method could realize a dynamic and quan- titative evaluation on different corrective maintenance strategies. It provided the manufacturing organization with an effective way to optimize the corrective maintenance strategy.
