高职院校综合教务管理系统的选择和数据迁移的思考

摘　　要：当前很多高职院校都采用教务管理系统来提高管理水平和工作效率。如何选择一个适合自己学校管理流程的教务管理系统,规避使用过程中出现的错误、减少选择误区,显得尤为重要。在选择过程中,应该考虑数据迁移问题,因为随着数据量的剧增和系统升级,数据迁移问题是不可避免的。在选择初期将这个问题考虑进去,可以很大程度上减少维护成本。At present, a lot of higher vocational colleges adopt educational administration system to increase management level and improve work efficiency. However, it is particularly important to choose an educational management system which is suitable for its own college＇s management process, avoiding select errors and process errors. In the selection process, colleges should take data migration into consideration. With data volume increasing and system upgrading, the data migration is inevitable. In the initial selection stage, Data migration should be taken into account so as to largely reduce the maintenance cost.
