摘　　要：海洋工程作业中的导管架下水时的船舶稳性、强度和运动分析计算，以及摇臂在导管架下水时翻转和自动复位技术，是下水驳船的设计难点、重点。着重介绍了“海洋石油228”主要参数的选取及导管架装船、运输、下水稳性计算方法。Stability, hull strength and motion analysis during offshore jacket launching were the key aspects for the design of launch barge. The technology of rocker arm turning and resetting were the difficulties. This paper introduced the general design of ＂HAI YANG SHI HOU 228＂ including selection of main parameters and stability calculation during jacket loaded-out, transport and launch operation.
