摘　　要：着眼新时期铁路建设贯彻军事要求的新情况,在分析铁路建设贯彻军事要求必要性的基础上,从铁路改革的影响、法律体系的完善、应急保障器材的换代等方面进行了现状分析,提出了在新形势下做好铁路建设贯彻军事要求的建议措施。对提高我军新时期战略投送能力有促进作用。Focusing on the new situation of carrying out the military requirements in railway construction in the new period,and upon the basis of analyzing the necessity of carrying out the military requirements in railway construction,the present situation of the work is analyzed from the angles of the impact of the work on the railway reform,the perfection of the legal system,the replacement and upgrading of the emergency support equipment in the paper,with some suggestions and measures to implement the military requirements in railway construction in the new situation put forward.The paper may help promote the improvement of the strategic projection capability of our army in the new period.
