摘　　要：长江尹公洲航段的航道处于复杂多变地理和水文气象条件,这些条件和通航秩序严重地影响到船舶的安全航行。本文从系统分析长江尹公洲航段水文地理条件、通航环境和安全形势入手,从完善通航法规建设与执法水平,加大航道维护力度,强化信息服务功能以及加强船舶航行管理方面,提出改善该航段通航能力的建议,以减少该航段险情和事故的发生。Yingongzhou waterway is located at complex and variable geography, hydrographic and weather condition area, these conditions and navigation order seriously affect vessels＇ safety. This paper systematically analyzed the hydrology and geography condition, navigation environment and safety condition of Yingongzhou waterway. Some measures, such as, to perfect navigation regulations and law enforcement level, to increase intensity of fairway maintenance, to strengthen information service function, and to enhance vessel navigation management etc., were put forward. All these measures would improve its navigation capacity and reduce vessels＇ navigation risk and accident.
