摘 要:目的:了解随年级增高医学生择业取向影响因素变化,为医学生的就业指导工作提出建议。方法:采用自制问卷进行调查,对湖北文理学院临床医学本科在读四个年级、共计394名学生进行了调查。结果:(1)影响被调查者择业取向的因素按得分由低到高依次为工作负荷、自我价值的实现、工作环境、职业前景和工资福利;(2)不同年级学生在择业影响因素中具有差异,具体来说三年级学生较其他年级学生对工作负荷评分较高(p=0.01,<0.05);四年级学生对自我价值实现较一年级学生评分较低(p=0.03,<0.05)。结论:今后我校需要进行科学的择业观教育,加强学生综合素质培养提高学生竞争能力。Objective The aim of this study was to understand factors influencing professional value orientation amongmedical students in Hubei University of Arts and Science. Methods A representative sample of 394 medical studentsfrom the first grade to the fourth grade took this questionnaire. Results The important factors cited by respondents asinfluencing a career choice were workloads, self - realization, work environment, job prospects, and wages. Thereis some difference in professional value orientation among grades. Specifically, the scores of workloads of profes-sional value orientation of juniors were the highest than those of other grades( p = 0.01, 〈 0.05 ). The scores of self-realization of senior were lower than those of freshmen( p =0.03, 〈0.05 ). Conclusion We will provide the sci-entific professional value orientation education. Furthermore, training students" integrated quality will also improvegraduates competitive abilitywords: Medical students ; Employment view ; Influence factors ; Suggestions
