摘　　要：文章提出了一种基于VW2010的视频会议系统终端机设计方案;论述了该系统压缩解压缩模块的工作原理,提供了软硬件设计。This paper introduces the principle of video conference terminal machine and discusses how to encode and decode, then offers a hardware and software implementation of the conference terminal.
