手工挤奶配合理疗治疗早期急性乳腺炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察手工挤奶配合理疗治疗早期急性乳腺炎的疗效。方法选择120例早期急性乳腺炎患者,按入院先后顺序随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组采用手工挤奶配合大黄、芒硝外敷,观察组给予手工挤奶配合理疗。结果治疗1周后观察组总有效率为96.67%,明显高于对照组的73.33%(P<0.05)。结论手工挤奶配合理疗应用于早期急性乳腺炎,方法简单易行,效果满意。OBJECTIVE To observe the curative effect observation with hand milking physiotherapy in the treatment of early acute mastitis. METHODS 120 cases of early acute mastitis patients, were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, the control group using manual milking and rhubarb, mirabilite, the treatment group was given hand milking and physiotherapy. RESULTS after 1 weeks treatment, the total effective rate of treatment group was 96.67%, significantly higher than 73.33% in the control group（P〈0.05）. CONCLUSION Hand milking combined with physical therapy applied in the early acute mastitis, the method was simple and satisfactory.
