摘 要:建立了贯叶金丝桃散的质量标准。采用薄层层析法和RP-HPLC对散剂中金丝桃素进行了定性鉴定和定量测定。结果显示,采用的薄层色谱法专属性强,且重复性较好。建立的RP-HPLC方法简便、准确、重复性好,当金丝桃素在3.21μg/mL^51.40μg/mL时,建立的RP-HPLC条件峰面积对进样量呈良好的线性关系,标准曲线回归方程为Y=45.983X+10.362,(r=1,n=5),平均回收率为105.73%,RSD为1.52%(n=6)。研究表明,所建立的薄层层析法和RT-HPLC可用于贯叶金丝桃散的质量控制标准。The quantitative identification of hypericin in Hypericum perforatum powder was carried out u-sing TLC and RP-HPLC to establish the quality standard of Hypericum perforatum powder.Results showed that TLC method was specific with good repetition.The established RP-HPLC method was simple, accurate and repeatable with good linearity that hypericin was in the range of 3.21 to 51.40 μg/mL.While the standard curve regression equation was Y=45.983X+10.362 (r=1,n=5)and the average recovery was 105.73% with RSD=1.52% (n=6).This study confirmed that the established method can be used as quality control standard of Hypericum perforatum powder.
