摘  要:为探讨自制纤维蛋白粘合剂粘合犬皮肤切口的效果,将其应用于犬皮肤切口,以常规手术缝合切口为对照进行体内粘接效果对比试验。20只健康犬随机分为缝合组与粘合组,分别采用丝线和纤维蛋白粘合剂闭合皮肤切口,观察记录闭合皮肤切口所用时间、切口局部情况、犬整体状态、切口愈合时间、瘢痕宽度及愈合伤口断裂力测定。结果表明,自制纤维蛋白粘合剂粘合皮肤切口所需时间为5s±1s,粘合后的皮肤外观平整,无渗出感染现象,局部疼痛反应轻微,创口愈合需8d^9d,愈合后的瘢痕宽度为0.03mm^0.06mm,伤口断裂力为0.534kg/cm2~0.527kg/cm2。粘合剂组除粘接强度低于缝线组外,其余各项指标均显著优于对照组。To compared the healing process of the canine skin incisions repaired by own produced fibrin glue and interrupted suture with emphasis on studying the effect of fibrin glue.A back incision(Incision 1)and an abdomen incision(Incision 2)both on the midline were performed in every dog.In suture group:the inci-sions were repaired by suture;In adhesive group:the incisions were repaired by fibrin glue.Each group had 10 dogs.The wound closure and healing time,the width of scar and the snap strength of the healing inci-sions were measured,the appearance of the incisions and canine physical indexes were evaluated.The re-sults showed that it spent less time to close the incisions by fibrin glue which took only 4 s to 5 s.The ap-pearance of incisions was smooth with less infiltration and infection,the width of the scars was only 0.03 mm to 0.06 mm while the snap strength of the incisions was 0.534-0.527 kg/cm2 .The healing time of the incisions was fast which cost about 7 d to 8 d and the dogs suffered less pain.In addition to the lack of the bonding strength,Adhesive group showed more advantages than Suture group.
