摘 要:针对煤矿胶轮车的制动器工作性能进行分析和研究,以湿式多盘制动器为例,在UG中构建了制动器的三维模型,综合应用ADAMS和ANSYS对制动器刚柔耦合虚拟样机模型进行了制动仿真分析,通过仿真得到了煤矿胶轮车车轴在制动前后的变化曲线以及胶轮车单侧力矩的变化曲线。仿真结果证明制动器设计满足可靠性要求。The service brake of the rubber tired vehicle in collieries directly affects the safety of the vehicle. In order to accurately evaluate the braking performance, a 3D model and assembly of the brake were built in UG after the analysis on the working principle of the wet multi-disc brake, and the rigid- flexible coupling virtual prototype of the brake was established combining ADAMS and ANSYS. In addition, the simulation and analysis were conducted, and the variation curves of the axle angular velocity and the variation curves of torque imposing on unilateral friction disk during braking process were obtained. The results showed that the simulation data coincided with theoretical ones, which verified the reliability of the brake.
