摘  要:针对现有乳化液浓度检测手段抗干扰能力差,检测精度低的缺点,设计了一种利用差压传感器获得乳化液密度值,从而间接实现浓度检测的新型检测系统。该系统以PLC为主控制器,通过电磁换向阀与吸液泵的工作配合,实现了被测液的自动抽样检测;通过自校准功能实现了不同矿井条件下的精确检测。该系统具有检测精度高,速度快,稳定可靠的特点,满足实际使用要求。Aiming to the shortcomings of low accuracy and capacity of resisting disturbance in emulsion concentration detection, a new detection system is design to achieve accurate detect by differential pressure sensor indirectly. The PLC is used as main controller in the system while automatic sample is realized by cooperation between solenoid directional valve and Suction pump. The precise measurement is achieved by using self-adjustment function. The system can meet the requirement of application with the feature of high precision and response speed and stable and reliable.
