摘　　要：通过对不同液压元件作背压阀的分析,用顺序阀替代节流阀使之产生随机背压力,解决了连铸设备中剪切机液压系统冲击振动和回油路堵塞的问题,减少了故障,保证了机器的正常工作。Through the analysis of the different hydraulic components as back pres sure valve, for purpose of generating random back pressure valve which is uses sequence valve to replace the throttle. It resolves the impacting vibration of hydraulic system ofshearing machine which is one of continuous casting equipments and the problem of return oil blocked. This change also reduces the fault number of times. Thus, it ensures the normal operation of the machine.
